In The Community
Pearls In Partnership Foundation welcomes the opportunity to collaborate with other organizations to provide programs that can enrich our community. Programs that support scholarship, education, economic development, cultural activities, and voter education as well as programs and services for the youth, elderly, disadvantaged persons, and families which improve their quality of life. PIP targets its efforts on these areas and continues to pursue community partnerships with large and small companies, health and human services as well as other charitable foundations and organizations.

The Pearls in Partnership Foundation Inc. partnered with the Wake Forest-Rolesville Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. on January 25, 2025, for a Rise Against Hunger service project. More than 72 registered participants worked nonstop for two hours to package 10,152 meals that were shipped to the Philippines. To address some of the food security challenges that children, families, and communities in the Philippines face, Rise Against Hunger partners with organizations that support educational programs by providing meals to children at schools and early child development centers.
The two organizations raised and donated $4,766.45. In 2024, the two organizations raised over $3000 and packaged 8,100 meals that were shipped to Madagascar communities in need. Let's keep increasing those numbers!

During 2025 MLK Day of Service, on January 20, members of the Foundation and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.® Omega Lambda Omega Chapter partnered to clean and prepare six apartments at Family Promise of the Triangle. This is our second year readying housing for new tenants. Family Promise moves families at risk of or experiencing homelessness into sustainable, permanent housing through a continuum of support services. We cleaned, painted, and decorated to make sure the homes were welcoming and warm for the new families! Members donated gently used queen-sized sheet sets and comforters and purchased mattress covers to make the homes healthier and safer.

Welcome to the 2024 Pathway to Pearls Program sponsored by the Pearls in Partnership Foundation. Our organization is excited to make a profound difference in the lives of young girls by offering them experiences that empower, encourage, and bring them joy! We'll lead them through activities to build their confidence and raise their self-esteem to positively influence their performance in school, outlook on the future, and their relationships with others. They'll enjoy spa experiences, connect with nature, arts, and dance, nurture their creativity, and enhance their confidence.
